im curious about how long people here have actually been using fedi for even? cuz even though I use fedi for what I (personally) consider a long time, I'm sure a lot of you will say that's not long at all. (I have been on fedi for around like 6 months)

It was Diaspora*, then Friendica and GNU social (that had different name back then).

Fun how Friendica still remains.

@norm @micr0 it is, but honestly feels dead. They still on their own custom protocol and don't federate with anything than themselves and Friendica.

@norm @micr0 it's unfortunate they decided to not support AP. Not because AP is superior in any way, it probably isn't, but because it's the most active side of fedi
