Was complaining to friend about the rust/tauri problems i was having on win7 the other day and she found the answer

Rust 1.75 dropped win7 from tier 1 to 3 which is basically best effort untested

Cool, awesome, i hate programming

@ezio yeah, even XP does still see use in certain industrial equipment, doesn't mean it's had good support the past decade
