m.2 sata ssds are one of those things that were kinda doomed to quickly die out, but I guess they do end up making decent storage devices for lower powered things where a microsd card isn't enough

the pi 4 might not be the fastest sbc, but it's still impressive how much you can do with a computer running off a cell phone charger

@nullenvk @wolf480pl I mean this isn't the first time I've heard of leaks from datamining Source 2 games, and I guess it's likely HL3 is coming sooner than later, but it definitely wasn't going to be this early

@wolf480pl @nullenvk honestly given how long people have waited for hl3 and how at one point it seemed like valve canned the whole thing in favour of HL:Alyx, I don't really get why people were still so hyped about it instead of having tempered expectations

This instance is still out of my house but that's cause it's only for me and I don't really mind if this goes down for whatever reason since I have my other account

That being said, I wouldn't run a paid service out of my house. I don't think I'd trust my lone sysadmin skills and my internet connection to handle that.

Heck, this is why I've moved akko out onto a VPS directly
